All men over 55 welcome! Come along to Belmullet Sports Complex (beside the garda station) at 2pm on Tuesday afternoons. We are hoping to get an indoor bowls team off the ground and need more men willing to join in! Why not come along and try it out? An enjoyable way to pass the afternoon, meet others and learn the game. The other facilities in the complex are also available for your use, including gym equipment. Fibre optic network landing in Belmullet

A major transatlantic fibre optic network will come ashore at Belmullet
At the Feburary meeting of Erris Chamber a sub-committee was formed to contact local officals to obtainmore information about the proposed fiber optic network system.
This group will also research with regards other countries who had similar operations.
